发邮件是亚马逊卖家们的家常便饭。主动向客户发送追踪邮件可以提高消费者留评的概率，提高你的评论数量以及评分，给你带来更多销售。

但是要想提高发邮件的效率，邮件模板少不了。接下来给卖家介绍三个邮件模板：

1、订单确认邮件模板

亚马逊有着严格的电子邮件政策，所以卖家不能自定义邮件。

但你可以在订单确认邮件中，提供有用的信息比如产品使用指南来提高买家的满意度和参与度。

Hello Amazon Valued Customer,

Thank you for your recent purchase of （产品名称） from （店铺名称）. Your order hasn’t shipped yet, but we will send you an email when it does.

Before you get your hands on your box of happiness, we have some important information that helps you to use it in a safe manner.

注意邮件的重点在于客户的体验，不要直接要求买家留评。以下为模板：

Thanks so much again for purchasing （产品名称） from （店铺名称）. Our records show that your order was recently delivered. We hope you’ve been getting a ton of value from the gear you’ve ordered, but we definitely want to know if anything could be better, too!

Please take 5 seconds to comment on your experience regarding our customer service, shipment and your overall purchasing experience with us.

3、最后一封追踪邮件

如果前两封邮件都没有让消费者留下评论，同时他们也没有退货，那你可以在交货后的几周最后发送一份邮件。模板如下：

We’re curious how you felt about {{Product Name}} that you purchased a few days ago. How are you finding it? Feel free to share your thoughts with us so we can improve and keep up the work we’re good at. Most importantly, your valued feedback can also help other customers to make an informed decision.

在发送邮件给消费者时，卖家还要注意遵守亚马逊的相关政策，避免账号被冻结。注意你的追踪邮件不要包含以下内容：

· 在非重要邮件的主题行中添加“Important”这个词

· 发送营销或者促销信息

· 言语不要诱导或者激励用户评论

· 要求消费者删除或者更新产品评论
